Wellness Wednesday: Mindfulness

September 14, 2022 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

The Wellness Wednesday Series is part of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School’s ongoing effort to help promote positive habits that lead to a healthier lifestyle. It is also important to take time out to recharge through wellness activities that serve as a friendly reminder of the importance of self – care.

All first-year, full-time and part-time students are required to attend two Wellness Wednesday programs per semester. These programs will be held via Zoom. The dates and times for all programs in the Fall Wellness Wednesday Series are below, and the Zoom links are forthcoming.  Attendance will be taken.
