Career Highlights
Professor Harrison is a former law clerk of the Honorable James A. Beaty, Jr., Middle District of North Carolina, and former Note Editor of the North Carolina Law Review. At the time that Professor Harrison became a member of the North Carolina Law Review, she was the first African-American in fifteen years and the second African-American female ever to qualify for membership on this prestigious journal. Prior to joining the John Marshall Law School faculty, Professor Harrison practiced complex litigation for three years at Troutman Sanders, focusing on tort, contract and products liability litigation.
